At Seryu, we mainly use pig leather, a by-product of Japanese food culture. The surface is coated with a simple waterproof coating, so if it gets dirty, you can clean it with a small amount of leather cleaner. Also, applying strong pressure, getting it wet with sweat, water, friction, etc. may cause it to lose its shape or fade. Please see Aftercare for care instructions.
Please note that due to the nature of handmade products, there may be individual differences in shape and color.
    
<Packing> The product will be delivered in an original box. The product will come with an instruction manual and warranty card, so please keep them on hand.

<About delivery>
In-stock items will be shipped within 7 days after payment is confirmed.

<Shipping fee>
For Japan
Shipping costs within Japan are 750 yen (tax included).
For orders over 20,000 yen (tax included), we offer free shipping anywhere in Japan.
We will ship your order via Yamato Transport's courier service. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Delivery to the following areas will be via Yamato Transport's "Takkyubin Compact" service.

<About returns>
Please refrain from returning the product unless it is defective.
We will only exchange or return the product if it is defective. In that case, please send us an email within 7 days of receiving the product with details such as your name, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
1. Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago
2. Products that have been used even once
3. Products that have become dirty or damaged while in the customer's possession
4. If you lose any accessories, tags, boxes, etc.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Return Shipping Costs In the event of a defective product, we will cover the shipping costs for return and re-shipment.
