At Seryu, we mainly use pig leather, a by-product of Japanese food culture.
It is tanned and dyed at a leather factory in Sumida Ward, Tokyo, and is a natural material that is 100% self-sufficient in Japan.
It is soft, durable, and has beautiful color.
<Care instructions and precautions at home>
Leather: Due to the characteristics of pigskin, please avoid exposing it to sweat or water as this may cause the product to lose its shape or fade.
Please note that if left wet for a long period of time, the color may fade.
If makeup or dirt gets on the product, apply a small amount of leather cleaner to a cloth, spread it thinly and wipe it off.
Precious metal parts: Please care for them according to the material.
After use, wipe off sweat and dirt with a soft cloth. If the item becomes discolored, use a precious metal cleaner.
<Repairs and cleaning>
A warranty card is included with your purchase. The warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
If the repair is within the period, it will be free of charge, but if the damage is due to customer negligence, actual costs may be charged. If it is outside the period, we will provide you with a quote. Due to the nature of leather, it may be difficult to repair stains or dirt. We will see the actual item and make a proposal, so please contact us via CONTACT first.
